Coal and gas-burning power plants are the top contributors to carbon pollution in the U.S., and yet we have never set a limit on how much pollution they can produce. More than any other contributing factor, reckless carbon pollution is causing worldwide temperatures to rise with dangerous, widespread consequences. Now is our chance to lead the way on the greatest challenge that we, and our children, all face – climate change.
